This 75,000 square ft, multi-use facility is home to the Aboriginal and Student Diversity centres, the Spark Centre, Health Science facilities with classrooms and laboratories, and much more.

For this project, the Durham CFCE required very large air handling systems with direct ECM fan arrays and controls.
