Description The renovation of this multi-phase project was guided by key design decisions aimed at optimizing functionality and efficiency. Through careful consideration, a selection of high-quality equipment was made to ensure optimal indoor air quality, heating, and humidity control.

Daikin Vision Indoor Air Handling Units were chosen for their exceptional design flexibility and to meet the spatial and functional requirements of the project. Their consistent quality, demonstrated in previous projects, made them a natural choice for this renovation.

Jaga Perimeter Heaters were chosen to provide high-capacity output with low-temperature heating water. Their selection was driven by their ability to seamlessly integrate with the existing building envelope, ensuring efficient heating while maintaining a high-quality aesthetic appearance.

Dri-Steem Water Treatment System, paired with two steam humidification systems, was incorporated to ensure reliable humidity control in the building. This system minimizes maintenance requirements while delivering consistent and precise humidity levels.

This system ensures that this renovation project achieves optimal indoor comfort, energy efficiency, and environmental sustainability. With the support of HTS, the project is poised to deliver a modern, functional, and comfortable workspace for all its occupants.
